REFUND POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our policy lasts 60 days money back guarantee after delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. SECTION 1 - TO RETURN
To start the return process, contact us by email at contact@emergethestore.com with details of purchase for confirmation.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing error.
• Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 2 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 24 Days after a confirmation, please check your bank account and credit card provider before contacting us as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at emerge.thestore@gmail.com.
SECTION 3 - GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, but was given as a gift, we will send the refund to the person on the invoice payment after the refund item is received.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND COST
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the process of a refund, if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
